My tireless attempts at maintaining a young, care-free, and overtly fleeting existence have finally fallen apart: I'm a homeowner. Well, a soon-to-be homeowner, anyway. Sheri and I just finished signing all the paperwork and have mailed the earnest check. Wow. Just think, a month ago I would have had no idea what the hell "earnest money" was. We purchased a beautiful place in a newly remodeled building (designed by renowned Space Needle architect John Graham Jr.) in First Hill. Check out the website. Our floorplan is called "Taylor." Hey!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! It is something that scare the hell out of most of us, the interest rates and so on,but you guys did it and that's great!!, it really makes me happy you guys deserve it. ok I think I've talked a mile now so just again congrats and keep it going. :-)
