The Condominium

My tireless attempts at maintaining a young, care-free, and overtly fleeting existence have finally fallen apart: I'm a homeowner. Well, a soon-to-be homeowner, anyway. Sheri and I just finished signing all the paperwork and have mailed the earnest check. Wow. Just think, a month ago I would have had no idea what the hell "earnest money" was. We purchased a beautiful place in a newly remodeled building (designed by renowned Space Needle architect John Graham Jr.) in First Hill. Check out the website. Our floorplan is called "Taylor."
